Description
Jarrow Formulas Methyl B-12, Methylfolate Plus Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P5P) Tablets combine the active forms of these vitamins to support DNA and neurotransmitter synthesis and amino acid metabolism. Homocysteine is converted to methionine by methylfolate and B-12, and to cysteine by P5P-dependent enzymes. Methylcobalamin (Methyl B-12) and Methyl Folate are biologically active forms of vitamin B-12 and B-9. It supports a number of different roles in the body such as reducing tiredness, assisting in the release of energy from foods and supporting your vitality. Vitamin B-12 promotes the health of the nervous system and healthy blood cell formation and supports energy metabolism.
