Ginseng 500mg x 100 capsules - which may shorten the duration of the infection in healthy adults.

Vitamin C 500mg x 100 Capsules - can reduce the severity and duration of a cold.

Zinc 15mg x 100 Capsules - taken after the onset of a cold until the cold has gone may reduce the overall cold duration and the duration of some of the symptoms. Taking zinc regularly (for example 5 months) appears to protect some people against catching colds.

This bundle as designed by Katherine Kimber (Dietitian) contains all these essential nutrients that may help to prevent, and reduce the severity and length of common colds in healthy adults, alongside following a healthy balanced diet.
