Directions of Use

Shake gently before use. Take directly by mouth or with liquid. 

First time use: Take half the recommended dose, preferably with food or liquids. Gradually increase the dose as you see fit.

  • 1 - 3 Years: Take up to 0.75 mL daily (15 drops or 1 pump✝)
  • 4 - 13 Years: Take up to 1.5 mL daily (30 drops or 2 pumps✝)
  • 14 - 64 Years: Take up to 3 mL daily (60 drops or 4 pumps✝)
  • Pregnant/Lactating and Seniors, 65+: Consult a healthcare professional.
