Solgar Natural Liquid Vitamin D3 2500iu comes in a great-tasting natural orange flavour, formulated without the use of artificial preservatives, flavours or colours and is ideal for those who have difficulty swallowing capsules or tablets.Almost all cells in the immune system need vitamin D to perform correctly. Normally we produce the necessary D though exposure to sunlight. During Winter (and in Ireland in general!?) we do not get the access to sunlight we need, nor can we derive enough of it from our diets alone. That is why Solgar liquid D3 can prove really efective.
