Organic Inulin and FOS (Fructooligosaccharides).

Directions of Use

Mix 1/2 teaspoon into 4-6 oz. of water or juice daily. Drink immediately. Best when taken between meals or on an empty stomach. KEEP REFRIGERATED TO MAINTAIN POTENCY.
