What makes ENZO’s California Extra Virgin Olive Oil so special?
For many years, the family business of the Ricchiuti family has been able to make a name for itself with its high-quality ENZO olive oils. The family business has over 100 years of experience in agriculture. Exactly this experience and her passion makes the cultivation of premium fruits and the production of award-winning ENZO olive oils possible. The unique freshness and the quality-tested cultivation of the olives make the California Extra Virgin Olive Oil of such high quality.
The special climate in California allows the cultivation of many different types of olives. This enables the production of olive oil with unique flavour profiles.
Unlike many other olive oil companies, the entire manufacturing process takes place on the Ricchiuti family’s own estate in California’s central San Joaquin Valley. The olives are picked when they are perfectly ripe and only a few kilometres away are processed in our own mill. Neither heat nor chemicals are added and in the end the cold-pressed California Extra Virgin Olive Oil contains a maximum of 0.8% free fatty acids.
This special freshness of ENZO olive oil guarantees superior quality and the best taste.
The Ricchiuti family has already won hundreds of awards for the quality, freshness and taste of their ENZO olive oil varieties.
ENZO Extra Virgin Olive Oil has the COOC (California Olive Oil Council) seal. This seal is your guarantee of freshness and the highest quality. It certifies that the olives are 100% California grown and have passed rigorous quality assurance testing.
