Just to be clear..... Although one capsule weighs 500 mg, the amount of polyphenolic flavanones consumed is 150mg? What is the recommended daily dose for polyphenolic flavanones? and are these the same as plant sterols and stanols?

While there are no standard or universal guidelines for polyphenol consumption, daily dosages of several hundred (100-500mg) of polyphenols are typically well-tolerated.

Polyphenols are antioxidants that exist naturally in plants. Many supplements (green tea extract, resveratrol) provide polyphenols.

Polyphenols are different from sterols/stanols as polyphenols are sources of antioxidants and sterols/stanols are used for normalizing cholesterol.
