Catherine likes to do yoga, mindfulness and highly values Vitamin B12 to keep her in the necessary energy to run around her family.

Laura has a background in export and has spent many years travelling to various overseas markets, visiting customers and attending trade shows. She also speaks French & German.

She enjoys cycling the Yorkshire Wolds and has an ambition to complete her first triathlon in 2021.

Laura is very goal-oriented and likes to sign up for various sporting events, so she has something to work towards. Her favourite sportive would have to be the Yorkshire Lass!

Kate’s top tip for staying healthy is to keep hydrated. Her favourite vitamin is an all-round multivitamin to maintain her vitamin and mineral levels up.

I went to university at Leeds university for four years, I studied Cultural media for 3 years (undergrad) and I did a masters in Journalism for 1 year. Alongside my education, I worked in different sectors such pubs/bars and a sales and lettings agency. I have recently moved back to the area and enjoy working in a customer service based role at Bigvits.

 

What do you do out of work?
I enjoy going for morning and evening walks with my partner, online shopping is my addiction and I enjoy learning and making new meal recipes.

I have a degree and master’s degree in history from Hull University, where I also worked part time managing the social media and website for an antiques centre. After graduation, I came to work at Bigvits and I’m loving my time here so far!

I’m a big gamer and football fan, love a good pub quiz, and I enjoy doing a bit of blog writing on the side. 

 

What is your top tip for staying healthy?

I’d say eat clean but that would be hypocritical… Enjoy nice things in moderation, get your 10,000 daily steps in, and look after your mental health!
